DEHY 500

DEHY 500 is a refrigerated dehydrator and dew point controller that will dehydrate well gas to below 7lb/MMCF. This system can process low BTU well gas to commercial pipeline specifications for sales.

High BTU well gas can be dehydrated to 7lb/MMCF. Natural gas liquids will be removed to a dewpoint of 0°F. Each unit will process up to 500 MCF per day, feature fully automatic controls, start and stop on gas flow and have very low cost of operation.

These units are designed for operation in rural areas on single phase power. Only a 40 Amp 240v service is required. Units are tolerant of voltage fluxuations and other powerline issues.

For gas flows over 500 MCF multiple units can be paralleled with no limitations.

These units are rated to 650 PSIG working pressure. Optimal operating range is 200 PSIG to 400 PSIG.

Gas inlet temperature needs to be less than 100°F for best results.
