Total Processor TP 1000

TP1000 is an integrated dehydration and NGL recovery system to process high BTU, wet gas to commercial sales specifications. These units operate at very low temperatures -60° to -80° to produce outlet sales gas below 1100 BTU.

Inlet gas at 200 to 400 PSIG 100lb or less H2O 1400 BTU at flow of 1000 MCFD can be processed by each unit.

At BTU above 1400 flow must be reduced or the outlet BTU may rise above 1100.

Units may be parallel piped for larger volumes with no limitations.

2 fully automatic dump systems to keep H2O and NGL separate. Fully automatic operation, units start and stop with gas flow.

Power requirement 480 3 phase 80Amp single point connection.

Automatic shutdown if voltage is out of spec.
